# Set up your form's Thank You page

After a customer submits your form, show a message or a video, send them to your website, or ask for a review on Google and other sites.

The **Thank You** page is what customers see after they submit your form. (The thank-you email they get afterwards is the **Submitter Confirmation** email: to switch it off or reword it, see [Set up the emails a project sends](/help/account/set-up-project-emails).) To set it up, open the form builder's **Pages** tab and click **Thank You**. There you can:

- **Send customers to your website:** type its address in **Redirect URL (optional)**.
- **Ask for a Google review:** turn on **Third Party Review Links** and paste your link under **Google Reviews**.
- **Show a thank-you video:** upload one under **Thank You Video (optional)**.

The workspace owner and the project's Admins can edit the page. The video needs Pro, Premium and Business, and the review links need Pro, Premium and Business. The rest is on every plan.

1. **Open the Thank You page**

In your project, open **Forms** under **Collect** in the sidebar and click your form. On the **Pages** tab, click **Thank You**. Every form has this page: it's marked **Required** and can't be hidden or deleted.

To see the page in the preview, answer the preview's questions and click **Submit**. Nothing is sent, the share buttons open nothing and the redirect doesn't run.

2. **Write the message**

   - **Title**: the heading, under a green tick. Left empty, it reads "Thank You!".
   - **Subtitle**: a short line under the title (optional).
   - **Thank You Message**: the paragraph below. Left empty, it reads "Your testimonial has been submitted successfully!".

Customers don't see **Button Text**: the page they reach after submitting has no button.

3. **Add a thank-you video**

Under **Thank You Video (optional)**, drop an MP4, WebM or MOV file on the box, or click the box to choose one. Once it's processed, it plays in the editor, with **Replace Video** and **Remove** below it. On plans without thank-you videos, the section shows a lock and an upgrade link instead.

Customers see the video under your message and press play to watch it.

4. **Let customers share your form**

**Show Share Buttons** is on until you turn it off. Under **Share Platforms**, switch on the ones you want: **X (Twitter)**, **Facebook**, **LinkedIn**, **WhatsApp** and **SMS**. **Share Message (optional)** is the text customers post; left empty, it's "I just left a testimonial!".

Customers see the buttons under **Spread the word**. Each one starts a post or a message with your text and a link to this form, not to the testimonial they just wrote. Facebook and LinkedIn take only the link.

The link is always the form's own address: never the page the form is embedded on, and never a customer's personal invite link.

5. **Send customers to your website**

In **Redirect URL (optional)**, type the address customers should land on, such as `https://yoursite.com/thank-you`. **Redirect Delay (seconds)** then appears: how long the Thank You page shows first, from 0 to 30. It starts at 3, and 0 sends customers at once.

Customers see a line such as "Redirecting in 3 seconds..." at the bottom of the page. Then your address opens in the same tab, with nothing about the customer added to it. On an embedded form (inline, modal or popup), the whole page that holds the form goes there, not only the form.

The builder doesn't check the address, so check it yourself. One without `https://` gets it added. Anything that isn't a web address is ignored, and customers stay on the Thank You page.

6. **Link to your Wall of Love**

Turn on **Show Wall of Love Button** and pick a wall under **Select Wall of Love Page**. Only published walls are listed; if you see **No published Wall of Love pages found.**, publish one first (see [Create and publish a Wall of Love](/help/display/create-and-publish-a-wall-of-love)). The **Button Text** under the wall is the button's label; left empty, it reads "See what others are saying".

The button follows its wall. If you change the wall's address, the button opens the new one. While the wall is unpublished, or after it's deleted, your form shows no button, and the editor tells you that the wall you picked is no longer published.

Customers see a button with a heart that opens the wall in a new tab. There's no button until you pick a wall.

7. **Ask for a review on another site**

Turn on **Third Party Review Links** and paste the link to your review page for each site you use: **Google Reviews**, **Trustpilot**, **G2**, **Capterra**, **Yelp**, **Facebook** and **Product Hunt**. Paste each link in full, starting with `https://`. A site you leave empty isn't shown.

Customers see **Leave a review on other platforms** and one button per site, which opens your link in a new tab. Everyone who submits sees the buttons, whatever rating they gave.

ReTestimonial only shows the links: it doesn't check whether a customer leaves a review, and it doesn't count clicks. To bring reviews from review sites into your project, see [Review platform imports](/help/import/review-platform-imports).

On a plan without review links, leave the switch off. While it's on, the builder can't save the Thank You page, and the top bar shows an error that starts "Third-party review links are not available".

## When a customer earns a reward

A reward given straight away has its own screen first. **Continue** then opens your Thank You page, and a redirect starts counting from that click. A **Spin to Win** wheel works the same way, and the Thank You page then shows the prize again at the top. Any other reward that waits for your approval, and any reward that couldn't be given, shows as a short note above your title.

See [Rewards for testimonials](/help/collect/rewards) and [Set up rewards for a project and its forms](/help/collect/set-up-rewards-for-a-project).

## What happens next

The builder saves as you work, and your live form uses the changes straight away, on its link and in every embed. In an embed, the Thank You page takes the form's place in the same frame; a modal or popup stays open until the customer closes it.

If your plan changes to one without the video or the review links, your form stops showing them. What you saved stays in the builder and comes back when you upgrade.
