# What is ReTestimonial?

ReTestimonial helps you collect testimonials, choose the ones you want to show, and display them on your website.

ReTestimonial is where your customers' praise lives. You collect testimonials and reviews in one place, approve the ones you want to show, and put them on your website.

Everything happens inside a **project**: one project per product, brand or website. Each project has its own testimonials, forms, widgets and Wall of Love.

## What you can do in a project

The sidebar of every project is organised the way the work flows.

**Inbox.** Testimonials that need your review wait in **Pending**. Approve the ones you want to show and they move to **Approved**. You can also move testimonials to **Archived**. Form submissions that look like spam go to **Spam** instead of your inbox; see [Keep spam out of your inbox](/help/manage/review-spam).

**Imports.** Testimonials and reviews you brought in from other places are listed under **All Imports**.

**Collect.** The ways to get new testimonials:

- **Forms**: a page your customers fill in, with written or video answers.
- **Social Media**, **Media Platforms** and **Review Platforms**: bring in posts, videos and reviews from other services.
- **Import**: bring in testimonials you already have, from a file or by pasting them.
- **Invites**: email customers to ask for a testimonial.
- **Rewards**: thank people who leave a testimonial.

**Share.** The ways to show testimonials:

- **Widgets**: embeddable blocks for your website, such as carousels, grids and badges.
- **Wall of Love**: a full page of your best testimonials.
- **Images** and **Videos**: ready-made media to post elsewhere.

**Analyze.** **Overview**, **Proof Gaps** and **Proof Impact** show how your testimonials perform and where you're missing proof.

> **Note:** Depending on your plan and your role in the workspace, some of these items may be locked or hidden.
