# Review and export imported content

See everything you've imported in one list, filter it by source, approve or archive items in bulk and download them as a CSV file.

**All Imports** lists every testimonial you've imported into a project, from review platforms, social posts, video and audio platforms and files, on one page called **Imported Content**. Use it to check what each source brought in, approve or archive items in bulk, and export them as a CSV file. Everyone on the project can open it; what you can change depends on your role.

1. **Open All Imports**

In your project's sidebar, click **All Imports** under **Imports**. If the section is closed, click **Imports** to open it. The header shows how many items the page holds and how many sources they came from.

2. **Choose a source**

The tabs under the header start with **All**, then one tab for each source you've imported from, with its count. File imports have their own tabs: **CSV Import**, **Spreadsheet Import**, **JSON Import** and **Paste Import**. Past the first six tabs, the rest are under **More**.

3. **Narrow the list**

   - Type in the search box to find an author's name or words in the text.
   - The status menu starts on **Active**, which shows pending and approved items and hides rejected ones. Choose **Pending**, **Approved**, **Rejected** or **All statuses** to change that.
   - The rating menu shows **All ratings**, or one rating such as **5 stars**.

When you open the page from a Google location, such as a notification about its new reviews or a button under **Orphaned Google Reviews**, only that location's reviews are listed. Click **Clear location filter** to see the rest.

The tab and filters are part of the page's address, so you can bookmark a filtered list.

4. **Approve, archive or delete items**

Tick the checkbox on each item you want, or tick **Select all** above the list to select every item loaded so far (more load as you scroll down). A bar appears with **Approve**, **Archive** and **Delete**. If the action isn't allowed, for example because of your role, a message says why.

To act on one item, open the menu (three dots) on its card. Depending on the item's status, it has **Approve**, **Reject**, **Archive** and **Delete**. When the item is a review with a link to the original, the menu also opens it there, for example **View on G2**.

   > **Warning:** **Delete** is permanent, and a review imported from a review platform can't be imported again afterwards. The only check is one confirmation from your browser, however many items you've ticked. To take items off your site and keep them, use **Archive**. See [What happens next](#what-happens-next).

5. **Export a CSV file**

Click **Export CSV** at the top right. The file holds every item that matches the tab and filters you've chosen, not only the ones loaded on screen. If you've ticked items, only those are exported. Its columns are Author, Rating, Content, Status, Source and Date. A value that starts with =, +, - or @ begins with an apostrophe in the file, so a spreadsheet shows it as text instead of running it as a formula.

The file holds imported content only. Testimonials that came in through your forms or invites aren't on this page, so they aren't in the file.

## What happens next

The items on this page are the same testimonials as in your inbox, not copies, so every change shows there too.

- **Approve** moves an item to **Approved**, where your widgets and Wall of Love pages can pick it up.
- **Archive** moves it to **Archived**, and it leaves this page. It's taken off every Wall of Love page and keeps its tags. You can restore it from **Archived**.
- **Reject** archives it, as **Reject** does in the inbox: it moves to **Archived** and leaves this page. You can restore it from **Archived**.
- **Delete** asks you to confirm, then deletes the item permanently. This can't be undone. What you can import afterwards depends on where the item came from:
  - A review that **Import**, **Sync** or auto-sync brought in from a review platform can't be imported into the project again, even after you disconnect and reconnect its listing. Deleting it doesn't give back your monthly import allowance for that platform either (see [Limits](/help/import/review-platform-imports#limits)). To show it again, add it yourself: see [Add a testimonial by hand](/help/manage/add-a-testimonial-by-hand).
  - A social post, a video or audio link, or a row from a file can be imported again once its testimonial is deleted. For files, see [Import the same file again](/help/import/undo-or-re-run-a-file-import#import-the-same-file-again).

To take an item off your widgets and Wall of Love pages and keep it, use **Archive** instead of **Delete**.

Testimonials in **Archived** or **Spam** aren't listed here.

## Edit an item or add it to a Wall of Love page

This page has no **Edit**. To change an imported testimonial's text or details, open it in **Pending** or **Approved**, as described in [Edit a testimonial](/help/manage/edit-a-testimonial).

To show it on a Wall of Love page, use the heart button on its card in **Pending** or **Approved**, and pick the page.

## Pin a source to the sidebar

Click the pin beside a source's tab (**Pin to sidebar**). The source then appears under **Imports**, above **All Imports**, with its count, and opens this page on its tab. You can pin up to three sources. Pins are saved for the project, so your teammates see them too. Click the pin again (**Unpin from sidebar**) to remove one.

> **Note:** Viewers can browse and filter this page. Members can also approve, reject and archive items. Only the workspace owner and Admins can delete items, export a CSV, pin sources and add testimonials to a Wall of Love page.
