Gift cards wait for approval, and unused money comes back

On a form's Rewards tab, Require Approval is now on by default, so a gift card is sent only after you approve the testimonial. Approving in bulk now sends the gift cards that were waiting.

If you reject, archive or delete a testimonial whose gift card is still waiting, the gift card is cancelled and its money goes back to your project's reward budget.

The project Rewards settings now hold only Enable Rewards and the low-balance alert. The default amounts, approval, auto-send and per-email settings that nothing used are gone: each form sets its own on its Rewards tab.
