Forms respect your plan's written testimonial limit

Forms now stop saving written testimonials once your workspace has used all the written and audio testimonials its plan includes, like the other ways of adding them. The customer sees "This form can't accept new testimonials right now. Please let the business know." and you get a notification, at most once a day. Video answers follow their own limit.
