Find your invoices and update your payment method

Open the secure billing page from the Overview tab of Billing to see your invoices and receipts and to update your payment method.

Your invoices and your payment method are on a secure billing page that opens from Billing: click Manage billing or Invoices & payment methods on the Overview tab. Only the workspace owner can open it.

Open Billing

Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and choose Billing. It opens on the Overview tab.

Open the secure billing page

Click Manage billing on the card with your plan's name, or Invoices & payment methods in the row of buttons at the bottom of the tab. Both open the same secure billing page, where you can see your invoices and update your payment method.

If the buttons aren't there

The buttons appear once your workspace has started a purchase: a paid plan, a credit pack or rewards funds. They stay after a move back to Free. A workspace that has never started one has no invoices and no payment method on file.

  • The buttons are there but can't be clicked? An earlier billing change hasn't finished. See Why can't I change my plan right now?.
  • You're a teammate? Billing always shows the workspace you own, so you can't open the owner's invoices. Ask the workspace owner.

Who your invoices come from

Subscriptions are sold through Link, so your invoices and receipts come from Link. Taxes and the currency you paid in are itemized on the invoice or receipt. See Do prices include tax or VAT? and What currency will I be charged in?.

If a payment failed

If a payment fails, a Payment recovery required notice appears on Billing: click Update payment method. It opens the same secure billing page. See Payment failed for what changes, and when.

What happens next

When you're done, use the billing page's link back to return to Billing.

To change or cancel your plan, use the Plans & capacity tab instead: see Change your plan, project licences or seats and Cancel your subscription. For a refund or a charge you don't recognise, see Can I get a refund?.
