Plan limits

What each plan allows for testimonials, forms, imports, widgets, invites, seats and AI credits, what counts toward a limit, and where to see your usage.

Each plan sets how much you can collect, import, show and send. This page lists the limits you're likely to meet: the number on each plan, what counts toward it, what you and your customers see when it's reached, and where to check your usage. For prices, see Plans and pricing. To change your plan, see Change your plan, project licences or seats.

How limits work

  • The workspace's plan decides. A project follows the plan of the workspace that owns it, so a teammate works within the owner's limits.
  • Most limits are per project. A few count across the whole workspace, and the tables say which.
  • Some start again every month, at the beginning of the calendar month: review imports, Sync runs, Smart Invites, included AI credits and social video exports.
  • A limit stops you adding more. It never deletes the testimonials, forms, widgets or walls you already have. For what a lower plan changes, see What happens when you downgrade or cancel.
  • "unlimited" in a table means the plan sets no number.

Written, audio and linked media testimonials

What counts. Written and audio testimonials, and every video or podcast episode you import from Media Platforms: that's a link to a recording that stays on its own platform. It doesn't matter how a testimonial arrived: through a form, added by hand, from a file, from a review platform or as a copy of another one. On Free, the count covers every project in your workspace, read-only ones included.

Pending and approved testimonials count. Archived, rejected and spam ones don't.

At the limit.

  • A customer on a form sees "This form can't accept new testimonials right now. Please let the business know." Their answer isn't saved, and the message never mentions your plan. The workspace owner gets a notification, at most once a day.
  • When you add or import one yourself, it's refused with a message that gives the limit. Adding one by hand, the message starts "Your plan allows". A file import leaves out the rows that don't fit and lists each one in its report as "Text testimonial limit reached for your plan". A review import brings in only as many reviews as fit.
  • Not Spam is refused when restoring a testimonial would go past the limit.

To make room, archive or delete testimonials you don't show, or upgrade. See Form submissions not arriving.

Video testimonials

What counts. Videos your customers record or upload on a form, and videos you upload yourself. Pending and approved videos count; archived, rejected and spam ones don't. On Free, the count covers your whole workspace. On Pro, each project has its own count.

At the limit. A customer who tries to send a video sees "This form can't accept new videos right now. Please let the business know.", and the video isn't sent. The workspace owner gets a notification, at most once a day, that says whether the project's limit or the workspace's was reached. You can't upload another video yourself either. Archive videos you don't show, or upgrade.

Video length and file size

A video question's maximum length can be set up to your plan's longest video, and no higher. A video that's longer or larger than the limit is refused before it uploads: the customer sees "Video exceeds max duration of" or "Video exceeds max file size of", followed by the limit. See Customers can't record a video.

Forms

Every form in the project counts, whatever its status, so a paused form still uses a slot. At the limit, creating or duplicating a form fails with a message that gives your plan's number. Delete a form you no longer use, or upgrade. Deleting a form keeps the testimonials it collected: see What happens to my testimonials when I delete a form?.

Custom fields

Custom fields are on Pro, Premium and Business. Every field you've defined in the project counts. The Custom Fields tab of the project's settings shows how many are used, and Add Custom Field is unavailable at the limit. See Custom fields.

Importing

Imports kept in History52050unlimited

Rows in one import

The limit is for one import, whether you upload a file or paste the rows, and the upload box shows it. Data with more rows is refused with a message that starts "Your plan allows up to", so split it into smaller files. See The file or pasted data is refused. Every imported row also counts toward your testimonial limits above. See Import from CSV, Excel or JSON.

Import history

History keeps your most recent imports, up to the number in the table. When a new import goes past that number, the oldest finished ones drop off the list. Rollback import, which deletes the testimonials an import created, is on Pro, Premium and Business. See Undo or re-run a file import.

Review imports

These limits apply to each project, for Google and for G2:

Imported reviews also count toward your written testimonial limit. Deleting imported Google reviews doesn't give back that month's allowance. When every connection is used, the connect button is unavailable. On a plan that limits it, Sync shows how many runs you've used out of your allowance, and it's unavailable when none are left.

The other review platforms, and importing any G2 product without connecting it, have their own limits: see Review platform imports.

Showing testimonials

Widgets

Every widget in the project counts: drafts, published widgets and archived ones. On a plan with a limit, the line under Create Widget on the Widgets page shows how many you've used. At the limit, Create Widget is unavailable, Upgrade appears beside the count, and you can't duplicate a widget. Only deleting a widget frees a slot. See Choose a widget type.

Widget types

Carousel, Masonry Grid, Badge and Video widgets are on every plan. Slider, Avatars, List and Floating Proof are on Pro, Premium and Business. On another plan, creating one of them fails with a message that the plan doesn't allow this widget type.

Testimonials on one widget

A widget never shows more testimonials than this, in any selection mode. Only testimonials the widget can show count: approved ones that aren't archived or spam.

  • In Curate, adding more than the limit is refused with a message that gives the limit.
  • In Auto-sync and Proof Match, the widget stops at the limit.

See Choose which testimonials a widget shows.

Walls of Love

Every wall in the project counts, published or not, including the one each project starts with. On a plan with a limit, the line under Create Wall of Love on the Wall of Love page shows how many you've used, and the button is unavailable at the limit. See Create another wall. Custom cards are on Premium and Business, and their limit is for each wall. See Wall of Love.

Files you upload

FreeProPremiumBusiness
Storage per project, in MB2502,0485,12010,240
Largest image, in MB10255050

These apply to the Select Files dialog, where you pick an image, video or audio file from the project's own files, for example a form's logo. The largest video file is the one in the first table.

Every file uploaded in that dialog counts toward the project's storage, and the bar at the top of the dialog shows how much is used. A file that's too large, or that doesn't fit in the storage that's left, is refused with a message that gives the limit. Deleting files there frees space. Videos your customers record don't use this storage.

Inviting customers

FreeProPremiumBusiness
Invites per project each month005001,000

Smart Invites is on Premium and Business.

What counts. Each customer added to a project's invite sequence this month uses one invite, counted by email address. Reminder emails don't use more. Each project has its own allowance, which starts again at the beginning of the month and isn't shared with your other projects.

At the limit. New invites use invitation credits, which belong to the workspace. With no allowance and no credits left, the Invites this month card on the project's Invites page says "You're out of invites — new customers won't be invited until this resets." and shows Add invite credits. See Buy invitation credits.

Smart Invites also lists how many webhooks and email templates a project can have.

Team and projects

Projects

On a paid plan, each project licence keeps one project active, and you can buy up to 100 licences yourself. Only active projects count: a read-only project doesn't use a licence. The Create Project page shows how many are in use. When none is free, Create Project is unavailable and the page offers Add project capacity. See If you can't create a project.

Team seats

Teams are on Premium and Business. You use a seat yourself, and so does each teammate and each pending invitation. On those plans you can buy extra seats: up to 22 more on Premium and 19 more on Business, which makes 25 seats in all.

With every seat taken, the Add Team Member dialog says "You've reached your team seat limit." and offers Add a seat. See Invite team members.

AI credits

Your monthly allowance is the number in the table for each active project, added up and shared by the whole workspace. Read-only projects add nothing. The allowance starts again at the beginning of each month (UTC), and unused credits don't carry over. Credit packs you buy don't expire. Buy and manage AI credits lists what uses credits and what happens when you run out.

Social video exports

An export counts once, however many formats it includes. A video made from written testimonials is a text export, and one made from video testimonials is a video export. Both allowances are shared by every project in the workspace and start again each month.

On a plan with a limit, the Videos page shows Text exports and Video exports used this month. At the limit, Export Video in the editor is unavailable, and the editor says you've used all your monthly text or video exports. A format your plan doesn't include can't be exported. See Social videos.

Where to see your usage

The plan badge at the top of the dashboard. Click the badge with your plan's name to open Workspace limits at a glance. It shows Projects, Team seats, Included AI on a plan with included AI credits, and Testimonials: your written, audio and linked media testimonials. The badge always shows the workspace you own.

The Usage tab on the Billing page. Click your profile picture, choose Billing and open Usage. Only the workspace owner sees their workspace's billing.

  • Usage by project lists each project and whether it's active or read-only.
  • Monthly Usage shows what you've used out of your limit for Projects, Team Seats, Forms and Wall of Love Pages, and for Smart Invite contacts and Included AI Credits on a plan that includes them. A row is marked Almost full from 80% and Limit reached at 100%. Forms and Wall of Love Pages add up all your projects, while their limits apply to each project.
