Plans and pricing

Compare the four plans and their prices, and see how project licences, team seats and the Billing page work and what a downgrade changes.

ReTestimonial has four plans: Free, Pro, Premium and Business. Free doesn't expire, and there's no separate trial. Paid plans are priced per project: each project licence keeps one project active, and you can buy up to 100 of them yourself. Free keeps 1 project active.

Prices don't include tax; checkout shows the final total before you pay. Yearly billing is charged once a year, at the yearly price in the table. For every feature side by side, see the pricing page or Compare all features on the Plans & capacity tab. For each limit, what counts toward it and where to see your usage, see Plan limits.

Project licences and team seats

A project licence keeps one project active. A paid plan's price is for one licence, and you choose how many you pay for, up to 100. Only active projects use a licence. A project left without one becomes read-only: see What happens when you downgrade or cancel.

A team seat is one person's place in your workspace. You use a seat yourself, and so does each teammate and each pending invitation. Teams are on Premium and Business, with the seats in the table included. On those plans you can buy more: an extra seat costs $5 a month, or $50 a year with yearly billing, and a workspace can have up to 25 seats, counting the ones your plan includes. See Seats.

You choose both when you upgrade, and you can change them later.

Where to find billing

Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and choose Billing. It has four tabs:

  • Overview: your plan, your next payment and your balances.
  • Plans & capacity: change or cancel your plan.
  • Usage: each project's status and this month's usage. See Where to see your usage.
  • Credits: buy AI credits (on Premium and Business) and invitation credits for Smart Invites (on Premium and Business).

Only the workspace owner manages billing. The Billing page always shows the workspace you own, so teammates you've invited can't open your workspace's billing or change its plan.

Upgrade from Free

On the Overview tab, click Choose a plan. Pick a plan, a billing cycle and your Project licences, then click Continue to secure Checkout and pay. Paid features unlock as soon as your payment is confirmed. See Upgrade to a paid plan for each step.

Change a paid plan

On the Overview tab, click Change plan. Change the plan, billing cycle, Project licences or Team seats, click Review billing change, then confirm. An upgrade applies right away, and you pay only the difference for the rest of your billing period. A downgrade waits for your next renewal, with no charge today.

See Change your plan, project licences or seats for each step, and for which changes apply now and which wait.

Cancel your plan

Open the Plans & capacity tab, scroll to Cancel subscription, click Cancel at period end and confirm. Cancelling has no fee, and your paid plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Until then, Resume subscription keeps your plan. See Cancel your subscription for each step.

What happens when you downgrade or cancel

Nothing changes until the date your downgrade or cancellation takes effect. On that date:

  • A cancelled plan moves your workspace to Free.
  • Your new plan's limits apply, and features it doesn't include switch off. For example, if your new plan can't hide the "Powered by" badge, your widgets show it again.
  • Projects beyond your licences become read-only. Editing and new testimonial collection stop, and their widgets and Walls of Love stay live for up to 30 days before going offline. Usage by project on the Usage tab shows the date for each project.
  • Nothing is deleted.

To bring a read-only project back, click Reactivate on its card under Usage by project. It needs an unused project licence. See Project is read-only for what stops meanwhile and what to do when Reactivate is refused.

Invoices and payment methods

Click Manage billing or Invoices & payment methods on the Overview tab to see your invoices and update your payment method on a secure billing page. See Find your invoices and update your payment method.

If a payment for your plan fails, see Payment failed for what changes, and when.
