Account and billingWorkspace and account

Manage your workspace

Rename your workspace, add a logo, see who's on your team, find workspaces you've joined, and delete your workspace and account.

Your workspace holds your projects, your plan and your team. Everyone who signs up gets one, and only you, its owner, can change it. To open its settings, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and choose Workspace settings. The General page opens.

Rename it

Your workspace starts out named after you. Type a new Workspace name and click Save changes at the bottom of the page (Save on a phone). The name appears across the dashboard, including to teammates on the projects you share, and it's also your billing name.

Click Upload logo, or drop an image on the tile, and pick a JPEG, PNG or WebP file. It's saved straight away, and it replaces the initial at the top of your projects' sidebar and in your account menu. Click Change to replace it or Remove to go back to the initial.

Check your members

Members shows how many seats are in use, you included, and the first few people on your team. Pending invitations count too. Click Manage team to invite people or change their access; see Invite team members. On Free and Pro, the button says View team settings, because teams need Premium and Business. Teammates from a plan you had before are listed on that page: see Teammates kept from an earlier plan.

If you belong to several workspaces

There's nothing to switch: the projects other people share with you appear next to yours.

  • On the Projects page, your projects sit under Your workspace, and each shared workspace's projects under Shared with you. The buttons at the top show All workspaces or just one.
  • The project menu at the bottom of the sidebar lists Your projects and Shared with you.
  • Inside a shared project, the top of the sidebar shows that workspace's name and logo, with Project workspace under it.

Workspace settings and Billing always manage the workspace you own. A shared workspace's settings, plan and team belong to its owner.

Delete your workspace and account

Deleting cancels any paid subscription and permanently deletes the workspace, every project in it and your account. It can't be undone, and projects can't be moved to another account first.

  1. On the General page, scroll to Delete workspace and account and click Delete workspace….
  2. If the workspace still holds money or purchased credits, the dialog lists them first: read the list and tick I understand these balances will be lost.
  3. Type DELETE in the box and click Delete permanently.
  4. Confirm it's you when we ask, with your password or a code we email you.

If a gift card from your workspace is being sent at that moment, the delete waits: you'll see "A gift card from this workspace is still being sent." Try again a little later.

If a balance appeared after you opened the page, the delete stops and the page refreshes to show it. Tick I understand these balances will be lost. in the dialog and try again.

When it's done, you're signed out and taken to the ReTestimonial home page. Here's what goes:

  • Your subscription. It's cancelled right away, not at the end of the period, so you won't be billed again. For refunds, see our refund policy.
  • Everything in your projects: testimonials, videos, forms, widgets, Walls of Love and custom domains. Widgets and Walls of Love on your website stop working, and your form links stop opening.
  • Your balances. Purchased AI credits (including those set aside for projects), invitation credits, your Rewards wallet, your projects' gift-card budgets and gift cards waiting to be sent are deleted too. None of it can be withdrawn or moved to another workspace, so if you have questions, contact us before you delete.
  • Your team's access. Teammates can't open your projects any more; their own accounts stay. You also leave any workspace that shared projects with you.

For what we keep once the workspace is gone, see What happens to my data when I delete my workspace and account?

To remove one project and keep everything else, see Delete a project instead.

What happens next

A new name or logo shows up across your dashboard straight away, and teammates see it the next time they open one of the projects you share.
