Refund, Cancellation & Service Delivery Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026

This policy explains digital service delivery, renewal, owner-managed cancellation, and the currently published first-payment guarantee for paid ReTestimonial subscriptions.

This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. If you have questions about your obligations, please consult your own counsel.

1. Scope

In shortThis policy explains subscription delivery, cancellation, and refunds for paid ReTestimonial services.

The Free plan requires no payment. This policy applies when a workspace owner purchases a paid subscription or eligible one-time item through ReTestimonial Checkout. Paid subscriptions and AI or Smart Invite credit packs are sold through Link, a Stripe company. Rewards-wallet funding is processed separately by Stripe.

ReTestimonial is a digital service. There are no physical goods, shipping charges, product returns, or delivery by post.

2. Service delivery

In shortPaid features are delivered digitally to the applicable ReTestimonial workspace after a successful payment.

Access to paid plan features begins only after Stripe confirms successful payment and ReTestimonial synchronizes the signed provider event. A Checkout success screen alone does not grant access. Availability remains subject to the Terms of Service, plan limits, and maintenance or service interruptions described there.

Link provides electronic invoices or receipts for purchases sold through Link. Stripe provides the payment record for other eligible purchases. Nothing is shipped, and there is no physical product to return.

3. Currency, billing periods, and renewal

In shortWe list prices in United States dollars (USD), with monthly or yearly subscription periods.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the monthly or yearly period selected at checkout until canceled. Yearly subscriptions provide twelve months of access charged upfront at the displayed annual rate. Each paid unit licenses one active project at the selected plan and interval.

We list prices in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Checkout may show an available price in your local currency and shows the final currency, taxes, total charge, and payment methods before payment. For purchases sold through Link, Link calculates, collects, and remits taxes in the countries it supports.

4. Cancellation

In shortThe workspace owner cancels from the Billing page; support remains available if the owner cannot access that flow.

There is no cancellation fee. The workspace's primary owner can cancel and, where allowed, resume from Billing. If that flow is unavailable, contact support@retestimonial.com from the account email so we can verify the workspace and subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid monthly or yearly period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not normally create a prorated refund for the unused part of the current paid period. At period end, the workspace returns to Free with one active project. Excess projects are preserved read-only; collection and mutations stop, while existing public displays receive one fixed 30-day transition window before suspension.

5. Fourteen-day first-payment guarantee

In shortThe 14-day guarantee applies once to a customer's first successful base-subscription payment.

A request must reach support@retestimonial.com within 14 calendar days after that first successful base-subscription payment. An approved guarantee refund returns that payment, ends paid access, and moves the workspace to the Free plan and its limits.

The guarantee is limited to one qualifying first payment per customer, regardless of how many workspaces they hold. Creating another account or workspace does not restart the guarantee for the same customer or substantially the same subscription use.

6. Exclusions and charge corrections

In shortThe guarantee does not cover renewals, later plan changes, add-ons, credits, or reward balances, subject to mandatory law and charge corrections.

  • subscription renewals after the qualifying first payment;
  • later upgrades, downgrades, or prorated plan adjustments;
  • additional licensed projects or other add-ons;
  • purchased or consumed credits; and
  • funded or issued reward balances.

We will review duplicate or erroneous charges even when an item is otherwise excluded. We will also provide any refund or remedy required by applicable mandatory law.

7. How to request a refund

In shortEmail support@retestimonial.com within the applicable period and include enough information to identify the charge.

Send the request from your account email and include the invoice or receipt identifier. For a purchase sold through Link, you may also use the transaction-support option shown by Link. Never send full card details, a card security code, or banking credentials by email. We may ask for limited additional information needed to verify the account or charge.

Link or ReTestimonial may process an approved refund, depending on who sold the purchase. Refunds return to the original payment method. Processor and bank posting commonly takes several business days and is outside our direct control.

For help preparing a request, visit our Contact page.

8. Statutory rights and disputes

In shortThis policy does not limit statutory consumer rights or prevent a customer from disputing an unresolved charge.

Asking ReTestimonial or Link for a refund does not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be waived. It also does not remove the right to dispute an unresolved charge with the payment provider or card issuer. We encourage customers to use the transaction-support details on their receipt or contact us first so the charge can be investigated promptly.
