Clearer team roles, Wall of Love analytics, and nine fixes
Teammates accept or decline invitations, Members work one testimonial at a time, walls send their events to Google Analytics, and nine fixes.
New
Send a Wall of Love's events to Google Analytics and Tag Manager
An embedded Wall of Love can now send its view, testimonial clicks, custom card clicks and video plays to the Google Analytics 4 or Tag Manager on your site, like a widget, with no code: in the wall builder's Embed tab, under Developer. See Send widget and wall events to Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
Call off an upgrade whose payment hasn't gone through
When the payment for an upgrade, or for more licences or seats, hasn't completed, Billing shows Complete payment to activate your upgrade. That notice now also has Call off this upgrade: nothing is charged, your plan stays as it was, and you can make another change straight away instead of waiting for the request to end. See Payment failed.
Improved
Teammates answer their own invitations
Everyone you invite now chooses Accept invitation or Decline, also someone who already has an account, and they join your team only once they accept. The invitation lists each project they would get, with its role. A teammate can leave a workspace they joined from Workspaces you've joined on their Team page. See Invite team members.
Members work one testimonial at a time
Members still add, edit, approve, tag and mark testimonials as spam, and use AI on one testimonial at a time. Running AI over the whole project, translating in bulk, deleting library files, renaming or deleting tags, changing the spam blacklist and seeing Smart Invites contacts are now for the workspace owner and Admins. Only the owner moves rewards money or purchased AI credits into or out of a project. The role a teammate gets on the projects you create later, when they are added to them automatically, is shown as Role for new projects. See Invite team members.
See who marked a testimonial as spam
Each card on the Spam page now says who marked it, or that the spam check flagged it, and the day the cleanup will delete it. See Keep spam out of your inbox.
A custom domain goes live once it's proved yours
Besides its CNAME record, a custom domain now needs its TXT record, which proves the domain is yours, before it goes live. See Custom domains.
Fixed
Billing
- A plan change confirmed after its price expired is worked out again. Confirming once the price had been held for more than 15 minutes showed an error; the dialog now shows the current price to check and confirm. See Change your plan, project licences or seats.
- "Subscription confirmed" appears only after your own checkout. Opening the Billing page from an old or copied checkout link no longer says a subscription was confirmed. See Upgrade to a paid plan.
Forms
- Review links on the Thank You page work when typed without "https://". A link such as "g2.com/products/acme/reviews" now opens that page; only web addresses become buttons. See Set up your form's Thank You page.
Import
- Imported posts keep every word. Text imported from Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X no longer loses the parts that looked like code, such as "JavaScript:" or a word followed by an equals sign. See Social media imports.
Rewards
- Gift card rewards are sent. A gift card a form gave was marked failed before it was ordered, and its amount went back to the project's balance. It is now ordered and emailed, and a gift card that was issued is never refunded. See Gift card not received.
- A low-balance alert set to zero stays at zero. A project that set its alert to zero was shown the default amount and alerted at it; it is now alerted only when its budget runs out. See Set up rewards for a project and its forms.
- A reward goes to the address given with the form. Editing a testimonial's email address before approving it no longer changes where its reward is sent. See Rewards for testimonials.
Testimonials
- Testimonial text keeps only the formatting the editor writes. Bold, italics, underline, links and highlight colour are kept; any other style or attribute in submitted or pasted text is removed wherever the testimonial is shown. See Edit a testimonial.
Widgets
- No more "Verified customer" badge. Nothing checked that a customer was verified, so widgets, walls, share pages, images and videos no longer show one. See Customize a widget.
