Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: September 5, 2026

These terms explain how the ReTestimonial partner program works: what counts as a referral, how the 30% commission is calculated and paid, and how you may promote ReTestimonial.

This page is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. If you have questions about your obligations, please consult your own counsel.

1. Who these terms are for

In shortThese terms govern the ReTestimonial partner program. Creating a partner account means you accept them together with our Terms of Service.

ReTestimonial is a product operated by Taprobane Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Its mailing address is 1207 Delaware Ave #3938, Wilmington, DE 19806, United States. In these terms, ReTestimonial, we, us, and our refer to that operator, and you means the person or entity holding the partner account.

The partner program is run through Partnero, a third-party affiliate platform, at partners.retestimonial.com. By creating a partner account, submitting a referral link, or embedding the builder, you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms, to our Terms of Service, and to Partnero's own terms for the portal.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract, and you must provide accurate contact, tax, and payout details and keep them current. If you join for a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

We review partner accounts and may approve, decline, suspend, or remove any account at our discretion, including where a partner's audience, methods, or content do not fit the program.

3. Qualifying referrals

In shortOnly a new workspace created after the click counts. Existing customers, your own workspaces, and manufactured sign-ups never do.

A referral qualifies only when all of the following are true:

  • the workspace was created after the visitor clicked your referral link and within the 30-day window;
  • the workspace did not exist before the click, and the person had no existing paid or free ReTestimonial account created through another path;
  • the workspace is not owned or controlled by you, your employees, your household, or a company you own or work for;
  • the sign-up was made by a real person for their own use, not through incentives, purchased sign-ups, or automation; and
  • the sign-up did not arrive through a promotion method prohibited in section 6.

Each workspace is attributed to at most one partner, once, for its lifetime. A later click on another partner's link does not move an existing workspace, and a workspace that was first created without a referral stays unreferred.

We may investigate any referral and may disqualify referrals that appear to be self-referrals, duplicates, or the result of fraud or a rules breach, before or after commission has been credited.

4. Commission

In short30% of the referred workspace's eligible Pro, Premium or Business plan charges for 12 months, with refunds and disputes reversed.

For each qualifying referral, you earn 30% of the net amount ReTestimonial actually receives for the referred workspace's Pro, Premium or Business plan charges (the plan line of each invoice, including additional project licences), on every such charge made within 12 months of the first payment that earned you a commission. Monthly and yearly subscriptions, renewals, upgrades, and additional project units all count within that window.

Only the Pro, Premium or Business plan charge on an invoice earns commission. Eligible payments exclude the Free plan, extra team seats, purchased credit packs, rewards-wallet funding, gift-card rewards, taxes, payment-processor and payout fees, and any amount that is discounted, credited, or waived. Commission is calculated in USD; payments in other currencies are counted at the USD amount we receive.

If a payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, reversed, or found to be fraudulent, the commission on it is reversed. Reversed commission is deducted from your pending balance, and, where it was already paid, from future commission.

We may hold commission for a reasonable review period before it is approved for payout, and we may withhold or cancel commission while a referral or a payout request is under investigation.

We may change the commission rate, the commission period, the attribution window, or the payout threshold for future referrals with at least 30 days' notice through the portal or by email. Changes do not reduce commission already approved.

5. Payouts

In shortRequest a payout in the portal once approved commission reaches $100; we review it and pay by PayPal in USD.

You may request a payout from the portal when your approved commission reaches $100. Payouts are made by PayPal in USD to the account details you keep in your partner profile. We review each request before paying it and aim to pay approved requests within 30 days.

You are responsible for fees charged by your payout provider, for the accuracy of your payout details, and for all taxes, registrations, and filings that apply to the income you earn under the program. We may ask for tax forms or identity verification before paying, and we may withhold amounts where the law requires.

Commission does not accrue interest. Approved commission that never reaches the payout threshold within 12 months of its approval may be forfeited. Commission is forfeited in full when your participation is terminated for a breach of these terms.

6. Promotion rules

In shortPromote honestly, in your own content, with a clear disclosure. No brand bidding, coupon or incentive traffic, spam, self-referrals, or impersonation.

You must disclose clearly and conspicuously, near every referral link or embedded builder, that you may earn a commission. You are responsible for complying with the advertising, endorsement, consumer-protection, privacy, anti-spam, and platform rules that apply to you, including the FTC's endorsement guides where they apply.

You may describe ReTestimonial only with claims that are true and that match our current published features and pricing. You may not make guarantees about results, imply that we endorse you beyond the affiliate relationship, or present promotional content as an independent review without disclosure.

The following are prohibited:

  • bidding on ReTestimonial, retestimonial.com, or misspellings and variations of them in paid search or social ads, and sending paid-ad traffic directly to a referral link (such referrals are disqualified);
  • coupon, deal, cashback, loyalty, or reward placements without our prior written approval, and offering money, credits, or other incentives to people for signing up;
  • referring yourself, your employees, your household, or your own companies, or using several partner accounts;
  • unsolicited email, messages, comments, or posts, or any promotion that violates a platform's rules or applicable anti-spam law;
  • cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden or auto-opening links, pop-unders, iframes other than the official partner kit, or any technique that attributes visitors who did not deliberately follow your link;
  • registering domain names, social handles, or app listings that contain ReTestimonial or are likely to be confused with us, and copying our website or brand in a way that suggests you are ReTestimonial; and
  • placing links on sites with unlawful, hateful, adult, deceptive, or malware-distributing content.

A breach of this section may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commission. We may also disqualify the referrals involved.

7. Embedding the widget builder

In shortThe partner kit is the only permitted way to place the builder on your site, unmodified, on pages that carry your own privacy notice.

Where the partner kit is available, you may embed the ReTestimonial widget builder on pages you control using only the iframe and script the kit generates for your key. You may not alter the embed URL beyond the sub-ID parameters the kit offers, remove or modify the helper script, or place the builder in hidden, auto-loading, or misleading contexts.

Visitors who use the embedded builder interact with ReTestimonial under our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; the draft they create and the account they open are ours to operate. Your page must carry the notices and consents required in your jurisdiction for embedding a third-party service, and you may not collect or intercept information visitors enter into the builder.

We may change, rate-limit, suspend, or discontinue the kit or a specific placement at any time, including where a placement generates abuse or low-quality sign-ups.

8. Brand and materials

In shortYou get a limited licence to use the ReTestimonial name, logos, and materials we provide, only to promote the program as these terms allow.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the ReTestimonial name, logos, screenshots, and marketing materials we make available, solely to promote ReTestimonial under these terms. You may not modify our marks, combine them with your own, or use them in a way that suggests a partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship.

All rights in ReTestimonial, its software, brand, and content remain ours. The licence ends when your participation ends, and you must then stop using our marks and remove referral links and embeds within a reasonable time.

9. Relationship and data

In shortYou are an independent contractor, not an agent or employee, and you do not receive referred customers' personal data.

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, or franchise relationship, and you may not make commitments on our behalf. The program is non-exclusive for both parties. You bear your own costs of promotion.

The portal shows you performance statistics and the commission attributable to your referrals. We do not otherwise share referred customers' personal data with you, and you may not attempt to identify or contact referred customers through the program. Your partner account data is processed by Partnero and by us as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination and changes to the program

In shortEither side can end participation at any time; breaches forfeit unpaid commission; we may change the program for future referrals with notice.

You may leave the program at any time by closing your partner account or writing to us. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, on notice through the portal or by email, and immediately where we believe there has been a breach of these terms, fraud, or a legal or reputational risk.

When participation ends, your referral links and embeds stop earning commission. If your participation ends in good standing, approved commission that has reached the payout threshold remains payable on request; commission below the threshold is handled as described in section 5. If we terminate for breach, unpaid commission is forfeited.

We may change these terms and the program from time to time. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes through the portal or by email, and continued participation after the effective date means you accept the change.

11. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity

In shortThe program is provided as-is; our liability is capped at the commission we paid you in the prior 12 months, and you cover claims arising from your promotions.

The program, the portal, the partner kit, and all tracking are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including that tracking will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any level of referrals or earnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the program will not exceed the greater of the commission we paid you during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100, and we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages or for lost profits or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReTestimonial and its contractors and service providers from third-party claims, damages, losses, penalties, and reasonable legal fees arising from your promotions, your content, your breach of these terms, or your violation of law or of another person's rights.

12. Governing law and general terms

In shortSri Lankan law governs, disputes are resolved as in our Terms of Service, and these terms plus the Terms of Service are the whole agreement about the program.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the dispute-resolution, notice, and limitation provisions of our Terms of Service apply to them. Before filing a claim, write to legal@retestimonial.com and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it.

These terms and our Terms of Service are the entire agreement about the program and replace any earlier arrangement. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your participation or your commission without our written consent; we may assign these terms to an affiliate or a successor.

The program overview, current commission, and the partner kit are described on the partner program page.
