Does ReTestimonial send SMS review requests?
No. Smart Invites are email-only. Endorsal sends both email and SMS (SMS billed per segment, with monthly allowances by tier). If your customers only respond to texts, weigh that seriously; it's the clearest thing Endorsal does that we don't.
How does video compare between the two?
