Yes. Every plan can build and publish a Wall of Love — Free and Pro include 1 wall per project, Premium 5, Business unlimited. All 5 themes, all 3 layouts, the hosted page, and the embed are included from Free up, with 10 text and 2 video testimonials to start.
Do themes cost extra?
No. All 5 themes — Minimal, Noire, Pastel, Professional, and Vibrant — ship on every plan, along with per-element design overrides. Custom fonts start on Pro; injecting your own CSS and JS starts on Business.
How does the embed work, and how heavy is it?
You paste a small snippet: a placeholder div plus one async script tag. The loader is under 3 KB gzipped and the wall renders inside a Shadow DOM, so your site's styles and ours can't collide. The full renderer is capped at 41 KB gzipped — a budget our CI enforces on every build. Videos imported from platforms like YouTube play in their own players.
Can I put my wall on my own domain?
Yes, from Pro up. Connect one domain per project in project settings and your wall serves from it — for example yourbrand.com/love/customers — with managed SSL, cached at the edge and refreshed the moment you publish changes.
What can auto-sync do?
Set rules once and the wall keeps itself fresh: minimum rating, testimonial types, tags to include or exclude, sources — down to one specific product, business location, or app — and translated languages. On Premium+, AI filters join in: sentiment, theme, feature, use case, a showcase-score threshold, and theme diversification. Auto-sync walls render up to 500 testimonials (curated walls aren't capped), lazy-loaded as visitors scroll.
Can visitors read testimonials in their own language?
On Business, yes — testimonials translate into 33 supported languages with an on-page language selector, and the original text is always preserved.
Can I remove the ReTestimonial branding?
Free walls carry a small badge on the hosted page and a footer line in embeds. From Pro up, one toggle removes it everywhere.
