Your Yelp reviews,
with the
photos.

Local proof is visual — and right now yours only works when someone is already on Yelp, sandwiched between competitors and ads. Connect your business page and we mirror the reviews and the photos your customers took — downloaded, self-hosted, deduped forever and re-synced monthly — onto the site you actually own.

The duck confit hash is worth the wait alone. Sat on the patio, and the staff remembered our anniversary from the reservation note.

Brunch line moves faster than it looks. The cornbread with honey butter is the sleeper hit on that menu.

Checked in three Saturdays straight. The seasonal menu actually changes with the season — rare and appreciated.

Import on your terms

Pull up to 100 reviews per run. The import runs in the background, downloading avatars and photos as it goes, and everything lands pending in your inbox unless you flip auto-approve on.

BThe media pipeline

The whole review
comes home.

A Yelp review isn't just words — it's the photo of the dish, the face of a regular, the Elite badge that says this person reviews for sport. Yelp is the only import in our lineup that carries customer photos, and we don't hotlink a single one: everything is downloaded once and served from your library, permanently.

Customer photos import with the review
Up to three per review — the plates, the patio, the before-and-after — downloaded at import and served from your own library.
Avatars that never 404
Reviewer photos are downloaded and self-hosted too, so a profile-picture change on Yelp can't break a face on your homepage.
Elite badges, reactions, check-ins
The Elite badge, useful / funny / cool counts and check-in status ride along as metadata — local credibility, intact.
One review, one import — forever
A persistent ledger survives disconnects and reconnects, so the same review can never land on your wall twice.

CWhat survives the import

Most importers grab the text and abandon the media. We bring the photos your customers took.

PROSE & STARS

The review, exactly as written.

Full text, star rating, reviewer name and location, and the date. Yelp reviews don't carry titles — so we don't invent one.

The Yelp mark on every card.

Widgets and walls render an inline Yelp badge plus a deep link on each imported card. The icon ships inside the embed script — no requests to Yelp.

DPlan limits

A Business-tier import. Here's the fine print, large.

Yelp sits in the Business tier alongside Trustpilot, Capterra, App Store and Booking.com — the imports that run on managed fetching infrastructure. Everything else in this workflow — the inbox, widgets, walls — starts free, Google & G2 imports are on every plan, and the browser extension can capture individual Yelp reviews by hand on any plan.

EFAQ — the honest stuff

Questions local businesses asked before connecting.

Straight answers on photos, titles and what happens when you disconnect — no asterisks.

01Can I connect a Yelp page I don't own?

Yelp Reviews is built for mirroring your own business page — that's the use it's designed for. Every imported review keeps a deep link back to the original on Yelp plus an attribution badge, so provenance is always one click away, and we honor takedown requests.

02Do customer photos really import?

Yes — up to three per review. They're downloaded at import time and served from your own media library, never hotlinked from Yelp's image CDN, so they can't rot when URLs rotate. If a photo can't be fetched, the review still imports without it — no broken images.

03Yelp reviews don't have titles. What shows on my widgets?

The review exactly as written: the full text, the star rating, the reviewer's name and location, the date — and the photos. We never invent a headline that the reviewer didn't write.

04What about Elite reviewers, reactions and check-ins?

They ride along. The Elite badge, the useful / funny / cool reaction counts, and check-in status are stored as metadata with each review that carries them — the local-credibility signals a copy-pasted quote loses.

05What happens if I disconnect the business?

By default, syncing stops and everything stays — your imported reviews and their self-hosted photos remain on your walls and widgets. Prefer a clean break? You can optionally delete the imported reviews and their media in the same step. Monthly Sync Now usage carries over either way, so disconnecting isn't a quota reset.

06Why monthly auto-sync instead of weekly?

Local review velocity is steady, not spiky — a monthly mirror keeps your site current without burning capacity. Each auto-sync pulls up to 50 new reviews, dedupes against everything already imported, and you get 4 manual Sync Nows a month for grand openings, press bumps and busy seasons.
