Four ways to say
thank you.
Every form picks one mode. Switch modes mid-campaign without rebuilding anything — past submitters keep their reward, future ones get the new one.
How the
reward arrives.
Each mode picks one of four delivery channels. Gift card is the heavyweight; the other three are dirt-simple and work on every plan.
Drop a static or rotating discount code. Honored by Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe Coupons.
Send users to your loyalty portal, swag store, redemption page — anywhere you control.
Real money. Recipient picks Amazon, Visa, Starbucks, charity, crypto — over 1,000 brands across 80+ countries.
Embed any post-submission experience. Run an iframe, embed a Calendly, drop a wizard — full control.
One wallet. Every reward.
Reconciled to the cent.
Fund once at the account level, allocate to projects, watch the live ledger. Every send is double-entry: balance reserved → outbox → delivered, with cancellations auto-refunded back into the wallet.
Allocate from the master wallet down to projects. Caps stop overruns before a single email is sent.
Set a floor; we email & Slack you the moment a project drops below it. No more surprised rejections at midnight.
Every reservation, send, refund, retry — recorded in the reconciliation audit log. Export to CSV anytime for finance.
Submit → spend.
Five stages, zero touches.
Behind the scenes: a durable outbox queue, idempotent fulfillment webhooks, and a reconciliation audit. Built so a midnight failure becomes a 6am retry, not a 9am incident.
Customer fills out your form, picks their gift card brand.
Spam shield runs. If the submission is flagged, hold is released, never charged.
Auto-send, or require manual approval first. Approval flips the reservation into the outbox.
Outbox cron picks up the reward, issues the gift card, stores the redemption link.
Recipient gets an email with the redemption link. They pick a brand, you both move on.
Generous to fans.
Hostile to spam.
The hardest part of incentives isn't paying out — it's not paying out the wrong people. We built the guardrails so you don't have to.
Maya can submit five testimonials, but she only gets paid once. Cap per submitter, per form, or per project.
Hold every reward until you (or a teammate) approve the testimonial. No paying for spam, no clawing back later.
Flagged submissions never charge the wallet. Reservations release automatically; legit users still hit their per-form cap.
Every reservation, retry, refund, and reclaim is logged with operator-visible context. CSV exportable.
