01Where do these reviews actually come from?

Reviews are pulled from the public G2 product page you connect. We refresh on the cadence your plan allows and surface every review tied to that listing — pros, cons, use cases, recommendation score and reviewer profile attached.

02What happens to my data if I delete my ReTestimonial account?

Reviews and their structured fields are wiped within 30 days. We honor data-portability — export everything to JSON or CSV before you go, including the original G2 review IDs.

03If a reviewer deletes their G2 review, does it disappear from my wall?

Imports are append-once, so we don't silently rewrite your wall — a review you already imported stays put until you decide otherwise. You stay in control: hide, archive, or delete any review from your inbox in a click.

04I have multiple products on G2. Can I connect them all?

Yes — on Business. Connect each product page once and ReTestimonial keeps each one on its own sync schedule, with its own filters and webhook destination.

05What about non-English reviews?

Imported as-is. We can render the original text plus a machine-translated version on your wall, with a clear ‘translated' label. Toggle per-product.

06Can I import reviews for a competitor's G2 page?

You can pull comparison-page reviews where your product is mentioned, but we only display reviews where you're the subject. Our terms make this explicit, and we honor takedown requests within 48 hours.
