01Where do these reviews actually come from?

From the public G2 product page you connect, with pros, cons, use cases, recommendation score and reviewer profile attached. Each import brings in reviews up to your plan's limits, and never the same review twice.

02What happens to my data if I delete my ReTestimonial account?

Deleting your workspace deletes its projects, with their imported reviews and structured fields. Before you go, the workspace owner or a project's Admin can export the project's testimonials to CSV from the inbox, and for 30 days after an account ends its owner can ask us for an export.

03If a reviewer deletes their G2 review, does it disappear from my wall?

Imports are append-once, so we don't silently rewrite your wall — a review you already imported stays put until you decide otherwise. You stay in control: hide, archive, or delete any review from your inbox in a click.

04I have multiple products on G2. Can I connect them all?

Yes — on Business, which has no limit on connected products. Connect each product page once and each one keeps its own sync schedule and its own settings.

05What about non-English reviews?

They're imported as written. On Business you can add translations of a testimonial, and a widget or a wall can show the version in the visitor's language.

06Can I import reviews for a competitor's G2 page?

A G2 product page is public, so its reviews can be imported from its link. Only display reviews you have the right to use: our terms cover what you may publish, and how we handle takedown notices.
