The inbox's action bar handles one testimonial or every testimonial matching a filter. Approve, add to a Wall, archive — even delete — work the same way at any size.
Four ways to grab
exactly what you mean.
Selection scope is explicit and visible at all times. The action bar always shows how many testimonials it's about to touch.
The default. Tick a testimonial to add it; the action bar appears with the running count.
In the Bulk Editor, click a row, then Shift-click another. Everything between them is selected.
Apply filters first, then hit "Select all 189" in the action bar. Every match is selected, not only the rows loaded so far.
Type into search to narrow the list, then select from what is left. Search stacks with every filter.

When a clean-up needs a closer look, the Bulk Editor opens a table with its own search, type and date filters, Shift-click range select, and bulk delete.

Speed is only useful if you can trust it. Every bulk operation shows its exact scope, follows your team's roles, and asks before anything permanent — so you can move fast without moving recklessly.
Delete asks once, with the count plainly stated. No one removes 200 testimonials by accident.
Reject and Archive move testimonials to Archived instead of deleting them, and Restore brings one back to the inbox. Its tags and Wall of Love placements are cleared when it is archived.
Editing testimonials is one team permission; the Wall of Love actions and Delete need the project-management one. The action bar shows only what your role allows.
