You have great quotes. You have zero case studies.
Marketing knows the playbook: every great testimonial is a case study waiting to be written. The customer is willing. The story is there. But writing it takes days, three drafts, two stakeholder reviews — so most quotes never become studies. They sit in a wall, scroll past, and get forgotten.
The generator starts from the interview you already did — the testimonial — and drafts the study for you. Your job shrinks from writing to editing.
Four parts, built to publish.
Every study is generated against a fixed schema and validated before it’s saved — you always get a complete, structured document, never a wall of unformatted text.
One quote, one click, one finished draft.
No brief to write, no prompt to engineer. The pipeline reuses the analysis you already have on every testimonial.

Four story shapes, one picker.
Choose a template per study — the generator follows its section arc and tone. Outcome-led is the default.
Outcome-led
Numbers up front. The story explains why. Best for landing pages and decks.
Migration narrative
Frames the story around moving from a competitor or legacy process.
Practitioner journey
Reads like a personal essay. The customer is the protagonist; product is the tool.
Use-case spotlight
Anchors the study in a single use case or persona slice. Great for ICP plays.
Same quote, different template — every draft is kept, so compare freely.
Regenerate freely. Nothing gets overwritten.
Every generation is saved as its own document, right next to the source quote. Don’t love the first draft? Run it again — the earlier version stays put, so you can pull the best headline from one and the best narrative from another.
Simple credits. No surprises.
Case study generation runs on the AI credits included with your plan. A study costs two credits; if a run fails, the credits come straight back. Need more volume? Additional credits are available any time.

Before you hit generate.
Which plans include the Case Study Generator?
Premium and Business. Premium includes 50 AI credits per project each month, Business includes 150 — shared across all Proof Intelligence actions. New Premium and Business accounts also start with a one-time bonus of 250 and 500 credits. You can purchase additional credits whenever you need more.
What does a case study cost to generate?
Two credits per study. If the source testimonial hasn't been analyzed yet, the one-time analysis adds one more credit — after that, every regeneration reuses it. If a generation fails, your credits are automatically refunded.
Can I control the story structure?
Yes — pick one of four narrative templates per study: Outcome-led (the default), Migration narrative, Practitioner journey, or Use-case spotlight. Each sets the section arc and tone the generator follows. Regenerating with a different template keeps every earlier draft.
Can I edit the result?
Yes — that's the point. The study is delivered as clean Markdown, so you can paste it into Notion, Google Docs, or your CMS and edit like any other draft. You can also regenerate for a fresh take; earlier drafts are always kept.
What makes a good source testimonial?
Specific, outcome-rich quotes make the strongest studies. Proof Intelligence helps you find them: every analyzed testimonial gets a showcase score, plus extracted themes, personas, and outcomes you can filter by.
Where do generated studies live?
Right next to their source quote, in the testimonial's Proof Intelligence panel. Every generation is saved as its own document — nothing is overwritten — with the model and token usage logged for each one.
