01Where do these reviews actually come from?
Reviews are pulled from the public Google Business listing of the location you connect. We refresh on the cadence your plan allows and surface every review tied to that listing — no duplicates, no scraped fragments.
02What happens to my data if I delete my ReTestimonial account?
Reviews, photos, and replies are wiped within 30 days. We honor data-portability — export everything to JSON or CSV before you go, including the original Google IDs.
03Can a customer's deleted review come back to haunt me?
If a customer deletes their review on Google, our next sync removes it from your wall. You can override per-review (e.g. you have permission to keep showing it), but the default respects the source of truth.
04I manage 40 locations. Can I connect them all at once?
Yes — on Business. Connect each location once (search by name or paste the Maps URL) and ReTestimonial keeps each one on its own sync schedule, with its own filters.
05What about reviews in other languages?
Imported as-is. We can render the original text plus a machine-translated version on your wall, with a clear ‘translated' label. Toggle per-location.
06Can I import reviews for places I don't own?
You can connect any public Google Business listing — but you should only display reviews for places you have permission to represent. Our terms make this explicit, and we honor takedown requests within 48 hours.
