Type the name. We know the rest.
The only review import here that starts with a search box, not a URL. Three steps, no API keys.
Store listings expire with every redesign. We keep the praise working where you sell.
The review, headline and all.
App Store reviews carry a title — we keep it, plus the full body, the integer star rating exactly as given, the date and a link back to the original.
“Finally a pace coach that shuts up.”
It buzzes when I drift, stays silent when I'm on. Ran my first negative-split half because of this app.
Praise that dates itself.
Every review stores the app version it was written on, so you — and your visitors — know the five stars belong to the product you ship today.
Initials, never inventions.
Apple publishes no reviewer photos, so imported reviews render clean initials avatars. We'd rather show two letters than a stock face pretending to be your customer.
The App Store mark on every card.
Widgets and walls render an inline App Store badge plus a deep link on each imported card. The icon ships inside the embed script — no requests to Apple.
“Building ladder workouts used to take me longer than running them. Now it's three taps.”
A Business-tier import. The exact numbers.
App Store sits in the Business tier alongside Trustpilot, Capterra, Yelp and Booking.com — the imports that run on managed fetching infrastructure. Everything else in this workflow — the inbox, widgets, walls — starts free, and Google & G2 imports are on every plan including Free.
Questions app teams asked before connecting.
Straight answers on storefronts, Apple's reachable-history ceiling and avatars — no asterisks.
01Can I connect an app I don't own?
App Store Reviews is built for showcasing your own app's reviews — that's the use it's designed for. Every imported review keeps a deep link back to the original plus an App Store attribution badge, so provenance is always one click away, and we honor takedown requests.
02How do the 41 country storefronts work?
Apple runs a separate review feed per country, so each storefront is its own connection: pick a country when you connect, and 'Pacekeeper (US)' and 'Pacekeeper (DE)' live side by side, each syncing and deduping independently. Each connection counts toward the 5-connection cap, and the storefront label follows every review into your inbox.
03Can I import my entire review history?
Up to Apple's ceiling. The public catalog exposes roughly the latest 500 reviews per storefront — no tool can honestly reach past that. We work inside it: back-catalogs drain across successive syncs up to the ceiling, and everything new keeps flowing in monthly from then on.
04Why don't imported reviews have profile photos?
Because Apple doesn't publish reviewer photos, and we won't fabricate them. Imported App Store reviews render with clean initials — never stock faces, never AI-generated portraits. What you show is exactly what the reviewer provided: a name, a title, a rating and their words.
05What happens if I disconnect the app?
Syncing stops and nothing is deleted — your imported reviews stay on your walls and widgets. The per-storefront import ledger persists too, so if you reconnect later the same reviews are never imported twice. Monthly Sync Now usage also carries over, so disconnecting isn't a quota reset.
06Why monthly auto-sync instead of weekly?
App review velocity is release-driven, not constant — a monthly mirror keeps your site current without burning capacity between updates. Each run pulls up to 100 reviews inside your 1,000-review monthly capacity, and you get 4 manual Sync Nows a month for launch weeks and big version drops.
