From PH URL to homepage proof in under a minute.
Three steps. No API keys, no CSV exports, no copy-pasting quotes into a doc.
Most importers grab the stars and call it done. We keep everything that makes launch-day love credible.
The review, headline and all.
Product Hunt reviews come with a title — we keep it, plus the full positive body, the parsed date, and a deep link back to the original.
“The launch that finally stuck.”
Set it up the night before our launch and woke up to reviews already mirrored on our homepage.
Faces that don't 404.
Reviewer photos are downloaded and self-hosted at import, never hotlinked — Product Hunt's image URLs rotate whenever someone changes their picture.

Helpful votes and views ride along.
When a review carries them, the helpful count, view count, and the reviewer's profile link and review tally are stored as metadata alongside the quote.
The Product Hunt mark on every card.
Widgets and walls render an inline Product Hunt badge plus a deep link on each imported card. The icon ships inside the embed script — no requests to Product Hunt.
“Set it up the night before and woke up to reviews already on our homepage.”
A Business-tier import. Here's exactly what that means.
Product Hunt sits in the Business tier alongside Trustpilot, Capterra and Yelp — the imports that run on managed fetching infrastructure. Everything else in this workflow — the inbox, widgets, walls — starts free, and Google & G2 imports are on every plan including Free.
Questions makers asked before connecting.
Straight answers on ownership, ratings and what happens when you disconnect — no asterisks.
01Can I connect a Product Hunt page I don't own?
Product Hunt Reviews is for showcasing your own product's launch reviews — that's the use it's built for. Every imported review keeps a deep link back to the original plus a Product Hunt attribution badge, so provenance is always one click away, and we honor takedown requests.
02What happens to the critical parts — the "What needs improvement" text?
It's captured into metadata for your eyes only and is never published on widgets or walls. Reviews that are criticism-only, with no publishable positive prose, are skipped entirely during import.
03Product Hunt allows reviews without star ratings. Do those show up as 5 stars?
No. An unrated review stays unrated — we never fake a five-star rating to fill the gap. Averages are computed only from reviews that actually carried a rating, so the number on your wall is one you can defend in a sales call.
04What happens if I disconnect the product?
Syncing stops and nothing is deleted — your imported reviews stay on your wall. The import ledger persists too, so if you reconnect later the same reviews are never imported twice.
05Why monthly auto-sync instead of weekly?
Post-launch Product Hunt review velocity is low, so a monthly cadence matches reality. Each sync pulls up to 50 new reviews with retries, and back-catalogs of up to 1,000 reviews drain across successive runs (1,000 is the fetch ceiling — the deepest history reachable per product). Need reviews sooner? You get 4 manual Sync Nows a month, and a failed one is refunded.
06Will reviewer avatars break when someone changes their PH photo?
No. Avatars are downloaded and self-hosted at import time, never hotlinked — Product Hunt's image URLs rotate when a reviewer changes their picture. If a download ever fails, we show no avatar rather than a broken image.
