Where do the numbers come from?
From the testimonials the widget displays — the average, review count, source count and histogram are computed live from your approved reviews, across everything you've collected or synced (forms, Google, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot and more).
Can I edit the summary text?
Yes — the digest is a plain text field you control (up to 280 characters), and the row disappears entirely when you leave it empty. On Premium and Business plans, AI can draft it from your analyzed testimonials; you edit and approve before anything ships.
How is the pull quote chosen?
You can pin any testimonial in the builder, or leave it on automatic — the widget then picks the longest five-star quote, falling back to the longest rated one. Premium plans can also ask AI to suggest the strongest candidates.
Can I hide the histogram?
Yes — it's a toggle. The panel then leads with the average, stars and review meta, which suits smaller placements.
Is the Review Summary Panel free?
Yes — it's a Badge-family widget, included on the free plan with ReTestimonial branding. Paid plans remove the branding and raise limits.
