Auto-Optimize, a project email log, and real video analytics
Auto-Optimize for Proof Match, experiments that run themselves, real video analytics, a project email log, and 107 fixes.
Everything in this release, in one place: what's new, what works differently now, and what was fixed. Each part links to the guide that covers it.
New
Auto-Optimize finds the Proof Match rule that converts best
A Proof Match widget shows different testimonials on different pages. Until now you had to guess which rule worked best. Auto-Optimize tests it: it splits the visitors a rule matches at random between that rule, the other rules that match them and the widget's default selection, counts the conversions that follow, and sends more of the next visitors to the option that does better.
Switch it on in the widget builder or in the new Auto-Optimize tab of Proof Impact. With Ask me first you're told when a test has a winner and nothing changes until you apply it; with Automatically the winner is shown to most visitors as soon as it's found. Either way you can undo it, and a rule marked Always show this rule stays out of the tests.
Auto-Optimize is on the Business plan and needs Proof Impact tracking with a primary conversion event. See Auto-Optimize a Proof Match widget.
See what happened to every email a project sent
Project settings have a new Email Log tab. It lists the emails the project sent recently, such as new testimonial alerts, the emails to people who fill in your forms, gift card rewards and Smart Invites, with who each one went to and what happened to it: Delivered, Delayed, Bounced, Blocked and so on.
Search by a customer's address to answer "did they get it?", or click Problems to see only the emails that need attention. The log is on every plan, and only the workspace owner and project Admins can open it. See Check whether an email was sent and Emails not arriving.
Improved
Proof Impact experiments that run and report by themselves
A Proof Impact experiment hides a widget from half of its visitors and tells you whether the widget raises conversions. Running one is now much shorter:
- Four choices to start. A name, a widget, a goal and a duration. Everything else has a default under Advanced, and a draft can be edited or deleted until you start it.
- It ends by itself. An experiment stops at the end of its duration, so a forgotten one no longer keeps the widget hidden from half of your visitors. You're notified when it ends, and again when its result is ready.
- A result you can read. The result opens with a sentence such as "Visitors who saw the widget converted 20% more", with how confident it is. The table of the two groups comes next, and the statistics are one click away.
- Ending early has an answer. An experiment ended before its duration now says Ended early: not enough data to tell, where it used to wait for a result that could never come.
See Run a Proof Impact experiment with a no-widget group.
A setup checklist and a page for each Proof Impact view
A project that hasn't recorded a conversion yet now opens Proof Impact on one checklist: publish a widget, add your conversion event, add the code to your site, send a test. The step to do next is open, and the report appears once the first conversion is in. The first conversion event you create starts as your primary outcome.
Each view (Overview, Attribution, Experiments, Data Quality and Auto-Optimize) is now a page of its own, so a link to one opens that view directly. Links you saved earlier still work.
See Measure how testimonials affect conversions with Proof Impact.
Video analytics now shows real views, watch time and completion
Views, Watch time, Avg duration, Completion and Unique viewers on the Video Analytics report stayed at zero. They're now counted from the same playback events as your in-widget and standalone plays: a video starting, passing 25%, 50% and 75%, and being watched to the end.
- The figures are up to date when you open the report, instead of a day behind.
- In-Widget vs Total adds up: what isn't a widget play is a standalone play.
- Watch time is an estimate based on how far each view got.
See Read your video analytics.
Flagged form submissions wait in Spam instead of being refused
When your spam check scored a form submission at or above your Spam Threshold, the customer saw "Submission blocked by spam protection." and nothing was saved, so a real customer caught by mistake was lost. Now the submission goes straight to Spam: the customer sees the usual thank-you, and nothing reaches your inbox, notifications, emails or webhooks, and no reward is given. If it's genuine, click Not Spam on it.
See Keep spam out of your inbox and Form submissions not arriving in your inbox.
A submission restored from Spam arrives like any other
When your spam check sends a real customer's form submission to Spam and you click Not Spam, the submission now arrives as it would have in the first place. It's approved if your form's approval settings would have approved it, you get the usual notification, the form's emails and your webhooks go out, and it counts in the form's Analytics. It gets no reward. Until you restore it, a submission in Spam stays out of the form's completion numbers, even if you delete it.
See Keep spam out of your inbox and Form submissions not arriving in your inbox.
Old form links keep working after you change the URL slug
Changing a form's URL slug used to break every link, QR code and embed code you had already shared. Now the old address forwards to the form's new link, so they keep working.
The forwarding ends only if you give the old slug to another form in the same project. It starts with slug changes made from now on.
Video and audio imports now wait for your approval
When you import a video or an episode from Media Platforms, the dialog's Status now starts on Pending. The recording waits on your inbox's Pending page until you approve it, the same as reviews, social posts and file imports. Before, it started on Approved, so a recording went live in your widgets and Wall of Love pages unless you changed it.
To publish it straight away, choose Approved, or tick Approve & add to Wall of Love. Ticking it switches Status to Approved in front of you; choosing Pending unticks it. Before, the tick approved the recording even when Status said Pending.
If you relied on the old default, set Status to Approved when you import.
Imported media links no longer use your video testimonial limit
A video or episode you import from Media Platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, Loom, Wistia, Vidyard, Spotify, Apple Podcasts or SoundCloud) is a link: the recording stays on its platform and plays from there. It now counts toward the same limit as your written and audio testimonials, instead of your video testimonial limit.
Your video testimonial limit is now only for videos customers record or upload. Links you imported earlier are counted the new way too.
Use more of a webhook's event in your invite emails
A Smart Invites webhook can now read more than the customer's email, name and company. Under Extra fields (optional), when you create the webhook or in its Settings, add a Name and a Field path, such as amount and data.object.amount_total. The invite emails can show it as {meta:amount}, and a routing rule can check it with Source set to Metadata. Before, webhook invites had no such values, so these tags stayed blank and those rules never matched.
See Send invites automatically with a webhook and Customize your invite emails.
Google Analytics events now follow each visitor's tracking choice
When a widget forwards its events to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, it now sends them only for visitors whose tracking is allowed. This follows your project's Proof Impact privacy settings. With GPC and DNT signals on Honor privacy signals (recommended), the default, nothing is sent to your Google tags for a visitor with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control on, and nothing is sent for one who declined tracking through the widget's consent setting.
Before, a widget on the standard script embed sent every event to your Google tags and left consent to your Google settings, while a widget in an iframe already held back. Both now follow the same rule.
You may see fewer widget events in Google Analytics than before, because those visitors are no longer reported there. Your widget analytics in ReTestimonial still count their views and clicks anonymously.
See Send widget events to Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
One rule for the "Powered by ReTestimonial" line in emails
The emails your project sends end with a small "Powered by ReTestimonial" line. Removing it was already part of the Business plan for the emails your forms send. Smart Invite emails had a switch that worked on every plan with Smart Invites, and gift card emails kept a saved setting after a plan change.
Now there is one rule: the line can be removed on Business, for form, gift card and Smart Invite emails alike. On other plans the Smart Invite switch stays on, and the preview and test emails show the line your customers will see.
See Remove ReTestimonial branding.
Fixed
107 fixes, grouped by where you'd notice them. Each line links to the guide that covers it.
Forms and collecting
- Form builder settings now match what customers see. Allow Upload, page subtitles and About page fields now work on your form as the builder shows them, and a saved welcome video survives a downgrade. See Collect video testimonials.
- A form's Honeypot Field switch now works. The hidden anti-bot field is ignored when you switch Honeypot Field off, and autofill tools no longer fill it. See Keep spam out of your inbox.
- Copy link uses your custom domain everywhere. The Forms page and the form builder's Settings tab now copy and open a form's link on your custom domain, as the Share dialog already did. See Share or embed your form.
- Forms use the fonts you pick. A form's Heading Font and Body Font now apply in the builder preview and on the published form. See Use your own fonts.
- Form Analytics leaves out submissions your form sent to Spam. A submission your form saved into Spam no longer counts as a completion in the form's Analytics, including on earlier days and after you delete it from Spam. See Keep spam out of your inbox.
- Customers no longer see your plan when a video is refused. When a form can't take a customer's video, the customer sees a neutral message, and you get the notification. See Form submissions not arriving in your inbox.
- A form's submission count opens where its submissions are. On the Forms page, the count now opens Approved for a form that approves submissions on its own, instead of an empty Pending. See Build a collection form.
- A form's Use Gravatar Photos works on its own. The Welcome page's testimonials now get Gravatar photos even when no widget or Wall of Love in the project uses Gravatar. See Set up your form's welcome page.
- The Inline Embed switch that did nothing is gone. A form's inline embed settings and code are always shown; an inline frame works until you remove its code or pause the form. See Share or embed your form.
Rewards
- A Custom HTML reward now arrives when you approve. When a Custom HTML reward waits for approval, the customer is emailed its content on approval instead of receiving nothing. See Rewards for testimonials.
- Gift cards that didn't go out at approval are retried. If a gift card didn't go out when you approved a testimonial, ReTestimonial now tries again on its own after a few minutes. See Rewards for testimonials.
- Reward amount fields no longer misread a decimal. Typing an amount with cents into the rewards deposit or budget fields is now refused instead of turning 7.50 into 750. See Set up rewards for a project and its forms.
- A reward that waits for approval is delivered as promised. The customer gets the coupon, link or Custom HTML as it was when they submitted, even if you change the form's reward before approving. A customer who gives no email is told the reward needs one. See Rewards for testimonials.
- Exclude Negative Feedback is honoured on every form. A form whose reward was set up before this condition existed showed the switch on but could still reward negative feedback. It now follows the switch. See Rewards for testimonials.
- A form's reward card shows its own limit. The card no longer shows an Allocated amount that was always zero: it shows the form's Budget Limit, since gift cards are paid from the project's budget. See Rewards for testimonials.
- Transaction history reads in plain words. A purchase is listed as an AI credits purchase, an invite credits purchase or a rewards deposit, and a gift card whose amount came back says so without a technical error. On Billing, a gift card row's Balance is marked project budget. See Add funds for gift card rewards.
- The project Rewards page follows your plan. On a plan without gift cards it says so instead of offering a deposit or an allocation that then fails, and a gift card that couldn't be sent no longer shows a technical error. See Rewards.
Smart Invites
- Invite reminders keep a delay of 0, and Email 3 follows Email 2. A reminder delay of 0 is no longer replaced by 3 or 7 days, and Email 3 can only be on while Email 2 is on. See Customize your invite emails.
- Invites are only used on emails that can go out. Smart Invites no longer use an invite on test events, blocked addresses, paused forms or a webhook whose email template is gone. See Send invites automatically from Stripe.
- Resend a failed or skipped webhook event and it's processed again. A Smart Invites webhook event that failed or was skipped is processed again when you send it again, instead of being dropped as a duplicate. See Send invites from any app with a custom webhook.
- New webhook is switched off at your plan's limit. You no longer finish the whole wizard before learning the project has all the webhooks its plan allows. A Paddle webhook also starts with a one-day wait before the first email. See Send invites automatically with a webhook.
- Restart a customer who never responded. A customer who was sent every email and didn't respond now has Restart sequence… straight away, without cancelling first. The import report also lists who was left out and why. See Track invite campaigns and contacts.
- A CSV with line breaks inside a cell imports correctly. A quoted cell that holds a line break no longer splits its row in two. A test email's button also opens one of your live forms instead of a sample link. See Invite customers by hand or from a file.
- Invite analytics no longer says you never sent an invite. When nobody was invited in the last 30 days, the page says so and still lists your earlier campaigns. The daily chart also shows quiet days as zero. See Read your invite analytics.
- A webhook that sends XML says so in the log. An event in XML used to be logged as having no email. It's now reported as unreadable, with a note to set the platform to JSON. See Send invites automatically with a webhook.
- Invite analytics covers exactly 30 days. The Analytics tab's cards and its daily chart count today and the 29 days before it; the chart used to draw 31 dates. See Read your invite analytics.
- Invite analytics counts delivery failures. The Analytics tab has a Delivery failed card for customers whose email couldn't be delivered. See Read your invite analytics.
Inbox
- Mark as Spam moves a testimonial to Spam. A testimonial's Mark as Spam now moves it to Spam, spam cards show only the actions that work there, and bulk Delete in Spam asks first. See Keep spam out of your inbox.
- Fixes for bulk actions, form answers and deleting a workspace. Approving again retries a gift card that didn't go out, and the workspace delete dialog now shows balances that appeared after you opened the page. See Act on several testimonials at once.
- Renaming a tag updates the rules and views that use it. A renamed tag is renamed in widget, Wall of Love and Proof Match rules and in saved views, and deleting one says what still uses it. See Organize testimonials with tags.
- All Imports actions report failures, and Reject archives. Bulk actions on All Imports now say when they fail, Reject archives an item as in the inbox, and Export CSV keeps its columns. See Review and export imported content.
- A refused or failed video now says why. A video testimonial that was too long for your plan, or couldn't be processed, shows the reason on its card instead of an empty space. See Video testimonial still processing.
- Approving a testimonial no longer uses another AI credit. Proof Intelligence runs again only when what a testimonial says changes, not when you approve it or change its tags. See Proof Intelligence.
- AI documents are formatted, and your logo survives a template switch. Generated case studies show headings and bold text instead of Markdown symbols, and the image editor keeps your logo when you change templates. See Create testimonial images.
- A finished multi-clip video appears without a reload. The card that shows Combining video clips… now updates on its own on every inbox page. The sidebar's All Imports count also matches the list it opens. See Video testimonial still processing.
- Start Analysis says why it's switched off. In Proof Intelligence, a line under the button now tells you when nothing is waiting, or how many AI credits are missing. See Proof Intelligence.
- Multi-clip notifications open the right inbox page. Multi-clip video ready and the failure notices now open the page the video is on (Pending, Approved or Archived), with the Video filter set on Pending and Approved. The old Text and Video pages, which weren't in the sidebar, redirect to the inbox. See Video testimonial still processing.
Imports and review platforms
- Every review platform tells you when a sync fails. A failed automatic sync now sends a notification on all eight review platforms, and a Trustpilot sync can no longer get stuck. See Import Google reviews.
- Failed Yelp and Trustpilot syncs now tell you. A failed or skipped Yelp or Trustpilot sync sends a notification, a Yelp business can no longer get stuck importing, and mobile Yelp links work. See Import Yelp reviews.
- Connecting a G2 product is more forgiving. A pasted token prefix works, the product you previewed is the one connected, and import messages say why reviews were left out. See Import G2 reviews.
- Imported reviews keep their real stars. Reviews from Capterra, G2, Trustpilot and Yelp no longer come in with five stars they didn't give, and empty reviews are skipped. See Review import questions.
- Social and media imports save what you fetched. A social import now saves the link you fetched, a duplicate says where the existing copy is, and editing a video's title updates its text. See Import posts from X (Twitter).
- A media import says when it couldn't add to a Wall of Love. With Add to Wall of Love ticked and no default wall in the project, the import now tells you the wall part was skipped. See Video and audio imports.
- G2 auto-sync follows Auto-approve synced reviews. Reviews that G2's auto-sync brings in now go straight to Approved when the setting is on, as a manual Sync already did. Google's auto-sync also tells you when this month's review limit stopped it. See Import G2 reviews.
- More social links are accepted. Links from the mobile site or a country address, X links of the
/i/web/status/kind, and Instagram/tv/and profile-prefixed links now import instead of being refused as unsupported. All Imports also lists media imports from every platform. See Social media imports. - The same video can't be imported twice under another link. Media Platforms now recognises a video or episode by its own id, so a short link, an embed link or a link with a different ending counts as the same one. Vimeo unlisted links, YouTube embed links and links ending in a slash also import now. See Video and audio imports.
- Booking.com Sync switches off when the month's imports are used up. The button no longer starts a sync that ends in an error; it comes back the next month. See Import Booking.com reviews.
- A social post that can't be read says why. The import dialog now shows the reason, for example that the post is private, and lists what it couldn't fetch, such as the profile picture. See Social media imports.
- The review count slider stops on every number. In the Google, G2, Capterra, Product Hunt and Booking.com import dialogs the slider now moves by one, so you can pick the exact number of reviews. See Review platform imports.
- More link forms are read, and a short link says what to do. An Apple Podcasts episode link is read as the episode wherever its episode number sits, Wistia embed links on either Wistia address work, and a short link such as
lnkd.inoron.soundcloud.comis answered with how to get the full one. A LinkedIn post that can't be read now says so. See Video and audio imports. - Imports from any G2 product use the whole monthly allowance. The last reviews of the month can be imported, importing more reviews of a product you already have no longer counts as a new product, and Import More opens with the product's address filled in. See Import G2 reviews.
- The Yelp card says what its star figure is. It is the average of the latest reviews read by an import or a sync, and is now labelled that way instead of looking like the business's Yelp rating. See Import Yelp reviews.
- A social post you type in by hand keeps its video. When a TikTok or an Instagram reel can't be read and you enter its details yourself, it's still imported as a video that links to the original, and importing the same post again is caught as a repeat. See Social media imports.
- A YouTube video's start and end times work everywhere. Start (sec) and End (sec) now trim an imported YouTube video in your widgets, on your Wall of Love and on its share page, not only in the dashboard. The two fields no longer show for platforms that can't use them. See Import videos from YouTube.
- A private or deleted episode or track is no longer imported. When Spotify or SoundCloud says an item is private or gone, the dialog says why instead of importing it with a warning. A YouTube link to a video that doesn't exist now reads Video not found. See Video and audio imports.
- Deleting imported reviews no longer changes your monthly import allowance. On Capterra, Trustpilot and Yelp, the month's allowance counts the reviews you imported, whether or not you keep them, and reviews you add by hand don't use it. See Review platform imports.
- A media card says when embedding is off, and can check again. A video imported while its platform had embedding turned off shows a note on its card, and Check embedding again in the card's menu clears it once embedding is allowed. A card without a thumbnail can be played. See Video and audio imports.
- The G2 any-product card shows what you imported. It lists how many reviews you've imported from a product, added up across imports, and labels its star figure as the average of the reviews read. See Import G2 reviews.
- A Product Hunt launch link connects the right product. Pasting the link to one of your launches now connects the product behind it; before, such a connection imported nothing. See Import Product Hunt reviews.
Widgets and Walls of Love
- Reordering a Curate widget works when it has hidden testimonials. Dragging testimonials into a new order no longer fails when the widget is also linked to rejected, archived or spam testimonials, or to more than your plan shows. Those keep their place after the ones you arranged. See Choose which testimonials a widget shows.
- A live widget or wall follows a Sources rule like the preview does. In Auto-sync, a testimonial now counts toward a Sources rule by its source or by the review platform it came from, so one the builder preview showed no longer goes missing on the live widget or Wall of Love. See Fill a widget automatically with auto-sync.
- Choosing Dark turns the widget dark. The widget builder's Theme switch now changes the card and text colours along with the theme. See Widget questions.
- Walls of Love show your uploaded fonts. Uploaded fonts and the fonts set for one part of a card now load on a Wall of Love's hosted page, its embed and the builder preview. See Use your own fonts.
- An unpublished wall no longer shows an error on your site. An embedded Wall of Love that is a draft or unpublished now shows nothing to your visitors, and the Embed dialog warns you when the wall isn't published. See Embed a Wall of Love on your website.
- Custom card links must be full web addresses. A Wall of Love custom card's Link URL now has to be a full web address starting with https:// or http://. See Create a Wall of Love.
- Custom card names stay private. A Wall of Love's public data no longer includes your custom cards' names or their view and click counts. See Add custom cards to a Wall of Love.
- New widgets start on the Light theme. A new widget looks the same for every visitor; on Auto, a visitor in dark mode got dark details on a white card. You can still choose Auto or Dark. See Widget questions.
- Custom cards flag a button with no link. A custom card whose button has no Link URL now shows No link in the list, and a social proof card no longer offers a click option that did nothing. See Add custom cards to a Wall of Love.
- Custom cards you can no longer use are hidden in previews, and you can delete them. On a plan without custom cards, the builder's preview now matches the live wall, and the Custom Cards tab lists your saved cards with Delete. See Add custom cards to a Wall of Love.
- The Auto-sync builder shows what your site shows. With No cap a widget shows at most 50 testimonials; the builder's preview and its Shown in this widget count now stop at the same number instead of promising more. See Fill a widget automatically with auto-sync.
- A widget added to a page after it loads now appears. A section added in a theme editor, or content your page inserts later, used to stay empty until a reload; the widget now shows as soon as it's added. See Widget not showing on your website.
- Your project fonts are easier to find, and the font lists match your plan. Project Fonts now stay in the font picker while you search, and on a plan without custom fonts the editors no longer offer uploaded fonts that your published pages wouldn't show. See Use your own fonts.
- The Wall of Love preview shows the Grid as your page does. In the builder, a hosted page's Grid now previews with three columns on Desktop and two on Tablet, the same as the live page; it used to show two. See Design your Wall of Love page.
- Auto theme follows dark mode for the card and text. On Auto, visitors in dark mode now get the standard dark card and text instead of a white card. Colours you chose yourself stay as they are. See Widget questions.
- Custom cards look and sit the same on the hosted page and in the embed. A Wall of Love's custom cards now land in the same places on both, a social proof card's image is a small icon in the embed too, and the description shows on Stats Highlight and Featured In cards on the hosted page. See Add custom cards to a Wall of Love.
- The ReTestimonial badge under a widget stays readable on a dark page. On a dark section that sets its text colour on individual elements, the badge was dark on dark; it now switches to a light ink there. See Remove ReTestimonial branding.
- A widget on Framer or Wix knows which page it's on. In a Framer Embed, Proof Match rules and Widget Analytics now see your page instead of the Embed's own address. On Wix, add the page's path to the code. See Embed a widget on Wix.
Video, social videos and images
- Download video checks the file first. The Download video tab now shows Download when the MP4 exists, offers to prepare it when it doesn't, and saves the file instead of opening it. See Share or embed a video testimonial.
- Embedded videos keep their shape. The embed code for a hosted video now matches a vertical or square recording, and the player no longer crops a video to fit its frame. See Share or embed a video testimonial.
- The video player shows the thumbnail you chose. The hosted video player and the share page now open on your uploaded thumbnail or the still you picked. See Share or embed a video testimonial.
- Hidden or deleted videos stop playing at once. Rejecting, archiving, marking as spam or deleting a video testimonial now takes down its embedded players right away. See Share or embed a video testimonial.
- A long social video export now says it's still rendering. The export dialog no longer shows Export failed when it stops following a long export, and no longer offers a way to export it again. See Social video export failed or stuck.
- Deleted projects' social video exports still count for the month. Deleting a project no longer gives its social video exports back to your workspace's monthly allowance. See Export and download social videos.
- The image editor asks before you leave. Back in the image editor now asks before discarding your design, and the Share menu shows the size your image exports at. See Create testimonial images.
- A multi-clip video that fails for good now tells you. Only a timeout sent the Multi-clip video failed notification; every failure that won't be retried sends it now. See Video testimonial still processing.
- A video's embed code can't be broken by a mistyped size. The Width and Max width boxes now take only a real size, such as 480px or 80%, and anything else falls back to the default. See Share or embed a video testimonial.
- Recent Videos says Expired only when a file is gone. When a download link can't be created for a moment, the list now says Try again shortly instead of Expired. See Export social videos.
- A video's embed settings say what they do. The per-video switch is now Show author name, Auto-captions shows off when a video has no captions, and the project's Show name & title switch, which never changed a player, is gone. See Share or embed a video testimonial.
- Autoplay no longer counts as a play. A video player set to Autoplay (muted) counts in your video analytics once the viewer clicks, taps or uses the keyboard in it, not on every page view. See Share or embed a video testimonial.
- A trimmed video plays only the part you kept in widgets and on a Wall of Love too. Before, only the video player, the share page and social videos used the trim, and trimming a video could take up to an hour to show on its share page. See Share or embed a video testimonial.
Insights and webhooks
- Impact figures count each conversion once, per currency. A video's Impact Snapshot no longer counts a conversion several times, and attributed value is shown per currency instead of one mixed total. See Read your video analytics.
- Webhook payloads carry full photo addresses. The author photo and video thumbnail in a project webhook are now full web addresses, and a rolled Stripe signing secret no longer rejects events. See Webhook signatures, headers and payloads.
- Completing an experiment early warns you first. An experiment completed before its stop gate never produces a decision, and the confirmation now says so. See Run a Proof Impact experiment.
- Webhook endpoints come back as soon as you upgrade. Endpoints suspended by a plan change now resume when you open the Webhooks tab, without waiting for the daily check. On a plan without webhooks, your saved endpoints are listed so you can delete them. See Set up a project webhook.
- A custom analytics parameter that would be replaced is flagged. In a widget's Google Analytics settings, a custom parameter named like one the widget sends itself is now marked, instead of being replaced without a word. See Send widget events to Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- A form's webhook is offered only the events it can receive. When you edit a form's webhook, the list of events now holds only the ones a form submission sets off, and the form's webhook settings give the real retry schedule. See Send a form's submissions to a webhook.
- A webhook hears about imported testimonials you act on. With Include bulk imports and review sync events off, an endpoint still skips the arrival of imported and synced testimonials, but approving, editing, archiving or deleting one later is now always sent. See Webhooks.
- Proof Gap coverage counts approved testimonials only. A target is no longer Strong on testimonials still waiting for approval. Pending matches are listed with Pending: not counted yet, and Review pending matches opens them. See Find missing proof with Proof Gap Autopilot.
- Proof Gap signals match the way you'd expect. A signal you type now finds testimonials described in the same words even when the capitals, the plural or the surrounding words differ, so fewer targets stay Missing; and View matching testimonials opens a list that contains them. See Find missing proof with Proof Gap Autopilot.
Account, billing and notifications
- Past invoices stay within reach after moving to Free. Manage billing and Invoices & payment methods now stay on the Billing page after a workspace moves back to the Free plan. See Billing questions.
- Limit messages name your plan correctly. Messages about a plan limit no longer show an internal plan code, and they name the right plan to upgrade to. See Plans, upgrades and cancelling.
- Notification settings show only switches that send something. Five notification switches that never sent anything are gone from settings, and notifications are kept for 90 days. See Manage your notifications.
- Clearer wording across the dashboard. Upgrade buttons on locked review platforms now open billing, and several instructions and labels now match what the product does. See Review platform imports.
- The billing page says whose billing it is. If you work in someone else's workspace as a teammate, Billing now reminds you that it shows your own workspace, and that shared projects are on their owner's plan. See Plans, upgrades and cancelling.
- The transaction history says which balance an AI row shows. An AI credit row's Balance is your purchased credits only, and is now marked purchased credits, so a spend from included credits no longer looks like a missing change. See Buy and manage AI credits.
- A project's Notifications page shows older notifications. It used to stop at the 50 most recent; Show older now loads the ones before them. See Manage your notifications.
- Deleting a project while emails are going out no longer fails at once. The delete waits a few seconds for the emails to finish, and asks you to try again only if they take longer. See Delete a project.
